Cancellation Policy

Scheduling All classes must be booked in advance through the online booking system. Lesson times are subject to availability and confirmed once booked. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed classes (no-shows), are considered used and are not refundable or reschedulable. Late Arrivals If a student arrives late, the class will still end at the scheduled time. If the student is more than 15 minutes late without notice, the class may be marked as a no-show. Packages Classes purchased as part of a package must be used within the agreed time frame. Unused sessions cannot be refunded or transferred once the package period has ended. Group Classes Group classes require a minimum number of participants. If a class is canceled due to low enrollment, students will be notified in advance and offered a reschedule or credit. Technical Issues In case of technical problems on the teacher’s side, the class will be rescheduled at no additional cost. If issues occur on the student’s side, the class will continue as scheduled when possible. Respectful Learning Environment All classes are conducted in a respectful, supportive environment. Any inappropriate or disruptive behavior may result in the class being ended without refund.
